09:25 AM EST, 01/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kobrea Exploration ( KBXFF ) on Wednesday said that field crews have been mobilized to start the 2025 exploration program at multiple porphyry prospects on the company's Western Malargue Copper Projects in Argentina.

Kobrea holds the right to earn a 100% interest in the seven projects comprising over 733 square kilometers.

"The inaugural program will include geological mapping and geochemical sampling of multiple porphyry copper systems along with geophysical surveys which will culminate with the first ever drill program on these projects," said Kobrea Exploration ( KBXFF ) Chief Executive James Hedalen.

Shares of the company closed up $0.04 or 7.8% at $0.55 on Tuesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
