06:56 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kodiak Gas Services ( KGS ) said Wednesday that Frontier TopCo Partnership has launched a secondary public offering of 10 million Kodiak Gas common shares.

The selling stockholder is an affiliate of the funds known as EQT Infrastructure III and EQT Infrastructure IV.

Kodiak Gas said it plans to purchase 1 million shares from the offering's underwriter.

The company's shares were down 1.3% in recent premarket activity.
