Kodiak Gas Services Buys Back $50 Million in Shares From EQT Affiliate

04:21 AM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kodiak Gas Services ( KGS ) said late Monday it has repurchased 1.5 million shares for $50 million from Frontier TopCo Partnership, an affiliate of EQT Infrastructure III and IV.

The company said it priced the buyback at $33.14 per share and will reduce the seller's ownership stake to below 35%.

The deal is expected to close this Tuesday, leaving $65 million available under its repurchase authorization, it added.
