10:35 AM EST, 03/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kodiak Gas Services ( KGS ) said Friday the US regulatory waiting period for its proposed merger with CSI Compressco ( CCLP ) expired.

The deal probably will close around April 1, Kodiak said in a filing.

Kodiak's stock rose 2.9% in recent Friday trading, and CSI Compressco ( CCLP ) jumped 6.9%.
