11:24 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kodiak Gas Services ( KGS ) said Thursday it has priced a $232.9 million underwritten offering of common shares by an affiliate of EQT Infrastructure III and EQT Infrastructure IV funds.

The selling shareholder is selling 5.5 million shares in the offering, the company said.

Kodiak said it expects to close the offering on Friday and the company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling shareholder.

Shares of Kodiak were down 3.4% in recent trading.
