Kodiak Gas Services Secondary Stock Offering Priced

03:35 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kodiak Gas Services ( KGS ) said late Monday an underwritten public offering of approximately 6.1 million of its common shares by the EQT Infrastructure III and EQT Infrastructure IV funds was priced at $25 per share.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 913,043 additional shares from the selling stockholders.

Kodiak Gas will not receive any proceeds from the secondary offering.

The company said it plans to purchase $25 million worth of common shares from the selling stockholders in a concurrent private deal, subject to the closing of the offering.

Price: 25.51, Change: +0.28, Percent Change: +1.11
