08:21 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kodiak Gas Services ( KGS ) said Thursday that an affiliate of the EQT Infrastructure III and EQT Infrastructure IV funds is conducting an underwritten public offering of its 5.5 million shares.

The company said it would not sell shares or receive any proceeds from the offering.

It added that the completion of the offering is subject to market conditions, and there is no assurance as to whether or when it may be finalized.
