Kohl's Names Michael Bender as Chief Executive

09:11 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kohl's (KSS) said Monday its board has named Michael Bender as chief executive, effective Nov. 23.

Bender has been interim CEO since May 1, the company said. He will also stay on the company's baord, where he has been a director since 2019.
