Kontoor Brands' Wrangler Signs Licensing Deal With CAPX for Headwear Line

10:20 AM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kontoor Brands' ( KTB ) Wrangler has signed a multiyear licensing agreement with CAPX to launch a new line of headwear under the Wrangler brand, the companies said Tuesday.

The partnership aims to expand Wrangler's presence in lifestyle categories beyond denim, combining the brand's signature design elements, such as "W" stitching and copper hardware, with CAPX's manufacturing and design technology, according to a statement.

The first collection is expected to debut in October, the companies said.
