08:39 AM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kopin ( KOPN ) said Thursday Chief Financial Officer Rich Sneider will retire after 25 years at the company.

The company said it has launched a search for a successor and is considering both internal and external candidates.

Sneider will remain in his role until a successor is appointed and will assist with the transition, the company added.

Shares of the company were up 3% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
