09:51 AM EST, 01/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kopin ( KOPN ) said Tuesday it has received the first order for its DarkWAVE module for night-vision goggles from strategic partner Theon International.

Theon has placed a $1 million development order which is expected to bring the 960p DarkWAVE module to "production readiness" this year, Kopin ( KOPN ) said.

Kopin ( KOPN ) shares were up 2.4% in recent trading.
