05:32 PM EDT, 09/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kopin ( KOPN ) said late Thursday it intends to offer and sell common shares and pre-funded warrants in a public offering.

The company said it expects to give its underwriters, a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 15% of the number of common shares sold in the offering.

Kopin ( KOPN ) plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

Shares of Kopin ( KOPN ) were down almost 15% in after-hours activity.
