Kopin Signs Deal for $41 Million PIPE Financing; Shares Rise

10:14 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kopin ( KOPN ) said Monday it signed a securities purchase deal for a private investment in public equity financing for expected gross proceeds of about $41 million.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company said it will issue a total of about 19.5 million of its shares at $2.10 apiece to investors.

Kopin ( KOPN ) will use the proceeds for its development of color MicroLED, Neuraldisplay artificial intelligence, commercialization of services for microdisplays, optical services for first person visualization for drones, and for general corporate purposes.

Shares of the company were up more than 10% in recent early trading.
