Korn Ferry Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls; Shares Up

07:16 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Korn Ferry ( KFY ) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.19 per diluted share, up from $1.07 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.13.

Revenue for the quarter ended Jan. 31 was $676.5 million, down from $676.9 million a year earlier.

No comparable revenue estimates were available.

The company said it expects fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings of $1.22 to $1.30 per diluted share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.23.

The company's shares were up more than 1% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
