10:15 AM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Koryx Copper ( KRYXF ) reported Wednesday an updated resource estimate for the Haib project in Namibia.
The project hosts indicated resources of 2.3 million tonnes of contained copper equivalent and inferred resources of 1.6 million tonnes of contained copper equivalent.
The study outlined 744 million tonnes grading 0.32% copper equivalent in the indicated category, and 579 million tonnes grading 0.28% copper equivalent in the inferred category.
The company said the improvement in the high-grade zone copper equivalent grade was driven by the inclusion of molybdenum and gold byproducts, and refined modelling of the high-grade portions of the mineral resource.
Koryx plans to publish a preliminary feasibility study in the fourth quarter.
