Koryx Copper Raising $10 Million in a Bought-Deal Share Offering

04:48 PM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Koryx Copper ( KRYXF ) after close of trade Wednesday said it is raising $10 million in a bought-deal offering of shares.

The company is selling underwriters 9.52-million shares priced at $1.05 each. It also granted a 15% over-allotment option.

Koryx intends to use the net proceeds to advance technical studies on the Haib Copper Project in Namibia, and continue exploration on the property, working capital and general corporate purposes.

The company's shares closed up $0.03 to $1.15 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
