KP Tissue Closes $135 Million Senior Unsecured Notes Financing

11:48 AM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KP Tissue ( KPTSF ) on Friday said Kruger Products (KPI) has closed its $135 million 6.625% senior unsecured notes offering, due November 1, 2031.

KPI will use the net proceeds to redeem all of its outstanding 6% senior unsecured notes due April 24, 2025 and for general corporate purposes.

KP Tissue ( KPTSF ) shares were last seen unchanged at $8.20 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Price: 8.19, Change: -0.01, Percent Change: -0.12
