08:20 AM EDT, 10/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions (KTOS) said Monday it has won a roughly $45 million single award contract related to a new satellite system.

The company said work under the sole-source contract will be done at its engineering, production, and integration facilities.

Kratos said it will not give additional information about the contract at this time because of customer-related, competitive, and other considerations.

Kratos shares were up 1.7% in premarket activity.
