09:59 AM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions (KTOS) said Monday it was awarded about $3.4 million from the US Navy for the base year of a contractor logistics support and engineering services contract for the BQM-177A subsonic aerial target system.

The contract has a potential value of up to $19.1 million if all four option years awarded are exercised, the company said.

The company's shares were up 4.3% in recent Monday trading.
