05:31 AM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions (KTOS) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.14 per diluted share, up from $0.11 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.13.
Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 28 was $347.6 million, up from $275.9 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $322 million.
The company said it expects fiscal Q4 revenue in the range of $320 million to $330 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $331.7 million.
Kratos said it now expects fiscal 2025 revenue in the range of $1.32 billion to $1.33 billion, up from its prior range of $1.29 billion to $1.31 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.31 billion.
Shares of the company were down 8.4% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
