08:41 AM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions (KTOS) said Monday it is collaborating with open telecom solutions firm Radisys to develop a cloud-native 5G non-terrestrial base station for satellite connectivity.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The new services will be rolled out through the Kratos OpenSpace Platform satellite ground system, the company added.
