08:29 AM EDT, 07/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Krispy Kreme (DNUT) said Thursday that it has named Raphael Duvivier, president of the company's international division, as chief financial officer, effective July 11.

Duvivier succeeds Jeremiah Ashukian, who is leaving to pursue an opportunity with a private company, Krispy Kreme said.

Before joining the company Duvivier previously served in leadership roles at Restaurant Brands International (QSR).

Shares were 1.5% higher in recent premarket activity.
