Krispy Kreme Sells Remaining Stake in Insomnia Cookies

04:40 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Krispy Kreme (DNUT) said late Tuesday it has sold its remaining stake in Insomnia Cookies Holdings to the cookie company and some existing shareholders.

The transaction brought in $75 million in proceeds, which the company said will be used for debt pay down.
