12:02 PM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kroger ( KR ) established a new e-commerce business unit to bolster online growth and named Yael Cosset, the chief information officer, to lead the division as chief digital officer, effective immediately.

Cosset will continue to oversee technology and data, Kroger ( KR ) said Tuesday in a statement.

Accelerating Kroger's ( KR ) e-commerce growth "is a top priority," Chief Executive Officer Ron Sargent said in the statement.
