10:04 AM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kroger ( KR ) said Friday that the Zepbound KwikPen, a newly launched multi-dose delivery option for Eli Lilly's ( LLY ) GLP-1 weight-management drug, is now available at participating Kroger ( KR ) pharmacies.

Kroger ( KR ) said its Family of Pharmacies honor manufacturer-sponsored programs tied to the medication, including Eli Lilly's ( LLY ) KwikPen Self-Pay Savings Card for Zepbound, subject to eligibility requirements and program terms.

For eligible patients, the savings programs may help reduce "out-of-pocket" costs for the medication, the company said.
