Kroger to Sell Specialty Pharmacy Business to Elevance Health

04:36 PM EDT, 03/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kroger ( KR ) said late Monday it agreed to sell its specialty pharmacy business to Elevance Health ( ELV ) unit CarelonRx.

The deal is expected to close in H2 2024, subject to regulatory approvals, Kroger ( KR ) said. The transaction is not expected to have an impact on its 2024 outlook.
