09:31 AM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kroger's ( KR ) Kroger Health division said Wednesday that it has reached a new agreement with Express Scripts under which the latter's clients will have access to prescription medications and health services at the Kroger Family of Pharmacies.

Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.

Kroger Health said the Kroger Family of Pharmacies will now serve clients enrolled in Express Scripts' Medicare part D plans as well as Tricare/Department of Defense plans.

Kroger's ( KR ) stock was up 1.2% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
