05:43 PM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kronos Worldwide ( KRO ) said late Wednesday its unit Kronos International priced a private offering of an additional 75 million euros ($87.5 million) of 9.50% senior secured notes due 2029.

The issue will be in addition to the existing 351.2 million euros notes issued in 2024, the company said.

The notes were oversubscribed and proceeds are expected at 78.8 million euros, the company said.

Net proceeds will be used to repay outstanding under the company's 3.75% senior secured notes due Sept. 15 and for general corporate purposes, the company added.
