Kuke Music Buys Controlling Stake in Naxos Music Group

05:55 PM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kuke Music ( KUKE ) said it acquired a controlling interest in Naxos Music Group through a $106.4 million share-based deal involving new and transferred shares. The transaction gives Kuke a 70.43% stake in Naxos One, which controls Naxos.

Shares of KUKE closed down 1.7% Thursday before surging 13% in after-hours trading.
