KULR Technology Acquires $9 Million of Additional Bitcoins

02:29 PM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KULR Technology ( KULR ) said Tuesday it acquired an additional $9 million of bitcoins for its Bitcoin Treasury and now holds 800.3 bitcoins.

The company said it acquired the bitcoins at a weighted average price of $103,234 per coin, inclusive of fees and expenses.

KULR ( KULR ) shares were down 4.8% in recent trading.
