09:21 AM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KULR Technology Group ( KULR ) said Wednesday that it and its chief operating officer, Keith Cochran, had mutually agreed on Cochran's resignation, which became effective Tuesday.

The energy management platform company said the duties of overseeing its day-to-day operations will be divided among its executive level management team, which is led by Chief Executive Officer Michael Mo.

KULR ( KULR ) said the new leadership structure is consistent with its plans to relocate its principal executive office from San Diego, California to Webster, Texas.

Shares of the company were up nearly 12% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
