KULR Technology Gets Initial $400,000 NASA Contract for Battery Cell Testing

09:29 AM EDT, 07/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KULR Technology ( KULR ) said Monday that it has been awarded a contract of over $400,000 from NASA as part of a $2 million agreement for the company's automated battery cell screening system.

The company said the NASA contract is to test lithium-ion cells that will go into battery packs designed for the Artemis program, which comprises a series of international human spaceflight programs.

KULR ( KULR ) shares were up 1% in recent Monday premarket activity.
