10:32 AM EDT, 03/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KULR Technology Group ( KULR ) said Tuesday it recently received special permits from the US Department of Transportation related to its SafeX product suite, including SafeCASE.

The permits cover transportation of damaged, defective, or recalled batteries, as well as end-of-life batteries to include the "critical area" of battery disposal and recycling, the company said.

KULR ( KULR ) shares were up 1.5% in recent trading.
