The companies said the collaboration includes joint battery pack development, thermal runaway protection, and a battery management system software design using artificial intelligence.

KULR ( KULR ) will leverage its design solutions to assess the performance, cost-effectiveness, and scalability of integrated battery solutions for the Worksport ( WKSP ) battery pack system, according to the companies.
