Kura Oncology Promotes Mollie Leoni to Chief Medical Officer

05:35 PM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kura Oncology ( KURA ) said Monday it has promoted Mollie Leoni to chief medical officer.

Leoni succeeds Stephen Dale, who has resigned as chief medical officer to prioritize recovery from personal health issues, effective Jan. 2.

Leoni was previously the executive vice president of clinical development and led the company's ziftomenib program since 2020.

The biopharmaceutical company also promoted Francis Burrows to the role of chief scientific officer after nine years of leading the company's translational research efforts.
