Kura Sushi USA Launches Public Offering of Common Shares

04:10 PM EST, 11/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kura Sushi USA ( KRUS ) said Monday that it started an underwritten public offering of class A common shares.

Underwriters in the offering will get a 30-day option to purchase additional shares, according to the company.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures and working capital, Kura Sushi added.
