Kwesst Micro Systems Names Jennifer Welsh CFO

08:45 AM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kwesst Micro Systems ( KWE ) said Monday it has named Jennifer Welsh as chief financial officer and chief compliance officer, starting Feb. 3.

Welsh will succeed Kris Denis, who will transition to a new role within the Kwesst finance team after serving as interim finance chief since November 2023, the company said.

Welsh is currently the vice-president of finance at Indiva, a cannabis company which was acquired by SNDL (SNDL), Kwesst said.

The company added that it has also named James Yersh as a director of the company and chair of its audit committee.
