11:32 AM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kymera Therapeutics ( KYMR ) said Wednesday that it has closed its upsized underwritten public offering of $225 million in common shares and pre-funded warrants, raising about $258.8 million in proceeds including the full exercise of the underwriters' overallotment option.

The company said it issued a total of about 2.8 million shares, including 828,220 shares from the underwriters' overallotment option, and pre-funded warrants to purchase about 3.52 million common shares under the public offering.

Shares of Kymera Therapeutics ( KYMR ) were up over 3% in recent trading.
