03:29 AM EDT, 08/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kymera Therapeutics ( KYMR ) said late Monday it priced an underwritten public offering of $225 million common shares at $40.75 per share.

The company may also issue, in lieu of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase common shares at a public offering price of $40.7499 per warrant. The warrants will have an exercise price of $0.0001 per share.

Net proceeds will be used to advance the company's preclinical and clinical pipeline, to fund potential investments, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur Wednesday, subject to customary closing conditions.
