Jun 27, 2025 12:52 AM

03:39 AM EDT, 06/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kymera Therapeutics ( KYMR ) said late Thursday that it priced a public offering of $250.8 million, selling about 5 million shares at $44 each and pre-funded warrants to purchase 655,500 shares at $43.9999 each.

The company said it also granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy up an additional 855,000 shares at the public offering price per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

Proceeds from the offering, set to close Monday, will support advancing its drug development programs and general corporate needs.
