08:11 AM EDT, 05/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kyndryl ( KD ) and Broadridge Financial Solutions ( BR ) said Thursday they have extended their relationship on core platforms and integration of AI-enabled operations within quantum-safe capabilities.

Under the expanded agreement, Kyndryl's ( KD ) AI-powered, open-integration platform, and agentic AI framework will be used to support Broadridge's digitization of investing and modernizing of wealth management, the companies said.

Kyndryl ( KD ) will also upgrade Broadridge's data center, network architecture, and core mainframe environment, the companies said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
