05:40 AM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kyndryl ( KD ) said Thursday it has extended its partnership with Indian telecom operator Vodafone Idea for three more years.

The collaboration is meant to improve the IT operations and cyber resilience of Vodafone Idea, an Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone Group ( VOD ) partnership.

Kyndryl ( KD ) said it will also redesign the cybersecurity architecture for the telecommunications firm.

Kyndryl ( KD ) shares were up 1% in recent premarket activity, while Vodafone Group ( VOD ) fell 0.1%.
