08:35 AM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kyndryl ( KD ) said Thursday it has teamed up with Alphabet's (GOOGL, GOOG) Google Cloud to offer customers a new program combining mainframe modernization with generative artificial intelligence.

The program will help customers understand how to integrate or modernize their applications and data faster and guide them through a phased modernization approach, allowing them to make informed decisions about their mainframe workloads, Kyndryl ( KD ) said.

As part of its expanded partnership with Google ( GOOG ), Kyndryl ( KD ) said it has been certified as a specialized partner for Google Cloud's AI and Gemini models.
