04:39 PM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- L3Harris Technologies ( LHX ) said Thursday it has been awarded a five-year contract worth up to $587.4 million to provide tactical jamming pods for the US Navy.

The company said it will deliver eight operational prototype pods to the US Naval Air Systems Command for fleet evaluation and and additional test assets over the next five years.
