07:36 AM EDT, 03/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- L3Harris Technologies ( LHX ) said Monday it has closed the sale of its Commercial Aviation Solutions business to an affiliate of private equity firm TJC for $800 million in cash.

L3Harris ( LHX ) received the entire purchase price upon closing of the transaction. The transaction was announced in November 2023.

The Commercial Aviation Solutions business focuses on flight training, flight data analytics, and commercial avionics, among other capabilities, the company said.
