10:17 AM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- La Rosa (LRHC) said Thursday it has established a subsidiary in Madrid to represent its La Rosa Realty Espana brand as part of its international expansion strategy.

The real estate and PropTech company also said it signed a letter of intent with Spanish real estate veteran, Keyla Torres Velasquez, to convert her two offices in Valencia and the Canary Islands into La Rosa-branded locations.
