01:27 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- La Rosa (LRHC) said Wednesday it received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market on May 21, informing the company of its delinquency in filing its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31.

The company said it has until July 21 to submit a compliance plan to Nasdaq, which may extend the deadline for submission of quarterly results to Nov. 17.
