10:39 AM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- La Rosa Holdings ( LRHC ) said Thursday it has restructured its debt through an amendment with its noteholder, covering three outstanding notes from February, April and July.

The company also said it expects to be profitable in 2025 and reaffirmed an annualized revenue exit run rate target of $100 million by the end of this year.

La Rosa will repay $200,000 of debt under the notes and begin monthly payments in February 2025, prioritizing the July note until it's fully repaid, followed by the April note, and then the February note, the company said.
