09:00 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Labcorp Holdings ( LH ) said Monday it has completed the acquisition of assets of BioReference Health, a wholly owned subsidiary of OPKO Health ( OPK ) .

The acquisition includes BioReference Health's laboratory testing businesses focused on oncology and oncology-related clinical testing services across the US, the company said.

The purchase price for the deal, which was announced in March, was up to $225 million, including $192.5 million paid at closing and up to $32.5 million in an earnout based on performance.
