Labcorp Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Increase; 2025 Earnings Outlook Updated

07:17 AM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Labcorp ( LH ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $3.84 per share, up from $3.68 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.74.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $3.35 billion, up from $3.18 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.40 billion.

For 2025, the medical testing services company now expects adjusted EPS of $15.70 to $16.40, compared with its previous guidance of $15.60 to $16.40. Revenue for the full year is still expected to grow 6.7% to 8%. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $16.05 on sales of $13.92 billion.
